Substitution: All deliveries are subject to product and seasonal
availability of fruits. Products may be substituted to ensure your order
arrives on time. In some cases, where we do not have some items
referenced in the product description in stock, a careful substitutions
of equal or greater value will be necessary to match the Theme of the
Gift Hamper. In those cases, when possible, we will ask you for
permission by Email or Phone to make a substitution. If we are unable to
reach you, didn’t receive your reply or there is insufficient time to
do so, we will proceed with the substitution. Fresh Food and Fruit
Hampers cannot be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
Delivery: Order by 5pm for next day Delivery between 11am – 7pm
Monday – Sunday. Order online before 11AM Pakistan Standard Time for
same day delivery. All deliveries are subject to availability of
product. Delivery of This product may available to cities not listed in
our delivery coverage area and require 2-3 working days notice to be
delivered on your requisite date. Please Contact Customer Support team

Can you deliver same day or next day?
We should receive an order for same day before 11AM Pakistan time with no additional cost. Please check Pakistan Deliveries section for detail of same day orders. Orders for Sundays must be placed on Saturday before 3PM Pakistan Time otherwise orders will be dispatched on Monday.
For next day deliveries orders must be placed before 3PM Pakistan time a day before otherwise order will be considered as same day delivey and additional cost $2.99 will be charged.
Can you deliver to villages?
Yes, we can deliver special orders to villages at extra cost. As these orders have to be delivered by hand on car, so there will be an extra cost involved in this special arrangement. Please send us an email at contact@expressgiftservice.com to find out the extra delivery charges and availability of delivery in that area.
Why it is showing different prices?
You may have chosen different currencies so it is showing the value in chosen currency.
I have made two separate orders and why it is not showing the discount?
Discount is based on total value of single transaction. If the discount is set on $50 then you will receive a discount only if your single order value exceed more than $50 without any delivery and premium charges.
Why currency conversion value on website is slightly different then actually on my bill?
Our base currency is USD and all prices are in USD. Other currencies are approximate values and we change them on weekly basis. You will get charged by payment gateway provider depending on what is currency conversion rate on that particular day.
