 Where is my order?

To check your order status, just click on the Login link at the top of the page, sign in and then Order History.

    * New Order  means you have just placed an order and is waiting to be processed.
    * processing means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods.
    * Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email or call us.

Can you deliver same day or next day?


We should receive an order for same day before 11AM Pakistan time with no additional cost. Please check Pakistan Deliveries section for detail of same day orders. Orders for Sundays must be placed on Saturday before 3PM Pakistan Time otherwise orders will be dispatched on Monday.

For next day deliveries orders must be placed before 3PM Pakistan time a day before otherwise order will be considered as same day delivey and no additional cost will be charged.

Can you deliver to villages?

Yes, we can deliver special orders to villages at extra cost. As these orders have to be delivered by hand on car, so there will be an extra cost involved in this special arrangement. Please send us an email at contact@expressgiftservice.com to find out the extra delivery charges and availability of delivery in that area.

Why it is showing different prices?

You may have chosen different currencies so it is showing the value in chosen currency

What is Billing Address and Shipping Address?

Billing address is the address of the person making the purchase of an item.

Shipping address is an address of the person to who you want to send a gift or where you want the delivery of a gift.

I have made two separate orders and why it is not showing the discount?

Discount is based on total value of single transaction. If the discount is set on $50 then you will receive a discount only if your single order value exceed more than $50 without any delivery and premium charges.

Why currency conversion value on website is slightly different then actually on my bill?


Our base currency is USD and all prices are in USD. Other currencies are approximate values and we change them on weekly basis. You will get charged by payment gateway provider depending on what is currency conversion rate on that particular day.
